Q1:Some customers feedback that after the barcode scanner connects to the phone through Bluetooth, they cannot input and must disconnect the Bluetooth.
A1:The scanner works like a keyboard. when you connect the barcode scanner to your phone, it will replace your keyboard to input.So, you need disconnect the Bluetooth if you need input by keyboard.But, if your phone is iPhone, you can double click the scanning button, then the keyboard will show up to input.(The Android phone don't support it)
3 Scanning Mode
1.Manual Trigger Mode: You need press the trigger button to scanning the barcodes.(Most frequently-used method)
2.Continuous Scan Mode: The scanning light is always on when the scanner is electrified.You can scanning barcode without pressing any trigger button.(Especially fits for the production line at factories)
3.Auto-Sense mode: The scanning light is off until you put the barcode in front of the scanning window.Once the barcode is detected, the scanning light will turn on.You can also scanning barcode without pressing any trigger button.(Especially fits for retail stores, and inventory warehouses.)

Long Working Time
Using a 1000mAh rechargeable battery, the scanner has a 7.5 hours of continuous scanning. It can work about 7 days in daily used after full charge. It takes 1.5 hours to full charge the scanner.
2 Upload Mode
1. Instant Upload Mode: Read barcodes and upload it straight to the file you have opened.
2. Storage Mode: When using the wireless scanner but far away from the wireless signal transmitter range. Scan the set code of "storage mode", all the scanned barcode will be stored directly into the bulit-in memory of the scanner. when you need to upload the data to your device, you just need to scan the set code of "Upload Data", then the barcodes will upload straight to the file you have opened.
